Ask if you need information in large print, Easy Read, another format or help using the website. We want the service to work for people who do not feel confident online as well as those who prefer digital support.
Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger. Use NHS 111 for urgent medical advice that is not a life-threatening emergency. Follow your local safeguarding route if you are worried an adult is being abused or neglected.
